PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER

Location: Bielawa/ Dolny Śląsk

Industry: welding industry

Type of work: on site / two shifts

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Organization of the work of the assigned area in the production department and monitoring its results
  • Supervision over subordinate teams of employees
  • Implementation of production plans through control, organization and supervision of production processes in the department entrusted to them
  • Optimizing and improving production processes in terms of work efficiency, quality improvement, inventory reduction and improvement of health and safety conditions
  • Preparation of production reports
  • Reporting the results to the manager of the production department
  • Supervision over technical documentation
  • Setting goals, effective motivating and caring for the development of subordinates.

EXPECTATIONS:

  • Minimum secondary technical education – engineer preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a similar position in a production company
  • Skills to manage a large team of employees, i.e. about 20 people
  • Readiness to work in a 2-shift system
  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • Skills in reading technical documentation
  • English acqusition on the communicative level
  • Practical ability to use tools related to Lean Manufacturing
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Openness and communicativeness
  • Task orientation.
