PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organization of the work of the assigned area in the production department and monitoring its results
- Supervision over subordinate teams of employees
- Implementation of production plans through control, organization and supervision of production processes in the department entrusted to them
- Optimizing and improving production processes in terms of work efficiency, quality improvement, inventory reduction and improvement of health and safety conditions
- Preparation of production reports
- Reporting the results to the manager of the production department
- Supervision over technical documentation
- Setting goals, effective motivating and caring for the development of subordinates.
EXPECTATIONS:
- Minimum secondary technical education – engineer preferred
- At least 3 years of experience working in a similar position in a production company
- Skills to manage a large team of employees, i.e. about 20 people
- Readiness to work in a 2-shift system
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Skills in reading technical documentation
- English acqusition on the communicative level
- Practical ability to use tools related to Lean Manufacturing
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Openness and communicativeness
- Task orientation.
